At times English parents will find it difficult to get their child accepted within the Spanish Legal System and because of this it is necessary to attend the Civil Register, in the province that the child was born or lives in, to obtain the Family Book for that child so that he/she is entirelly legal and within the legal requirements of Spanish Administrative Law. Mr. Ruiz Castillo will carry out all necessary work to obtain the Family Book for your child/children.

If your property is in or close by to a natural park or nature reserve Mr. Ruiz Castillo will obtain all necessary legal information from the Administration of the Comunidad Autonoma.  When he has gathered together this information he will work on your behalf with your local Town Hall and the Delegation of the CC AA making sure that all legal requirements are in place on your property.

Mr. Ruiz Castillo will obtain all licences and documentation connected with your water, electricity and certificate of first habitation. He is fully conversant with all the legal requirements demanded by the Town Hall.
