As a consequence of his work in Germany for ROCHE DIAGNOSTICA GMBH, where Mr. Ruiz Castillo spent six months working on a business plan to improve the administration quality of the development and promotion of their products across Europe, he has since been requested to provide advice on administration strategies to several other companies.

He has given advice to companies concerning the following aspects:-

1. how to reduce costs, including those of staffing and energy etc., without decreasing the quality of goods or services provided by that company.

2. he has helped several companies develope expansion strategies of their businesses between Spain and Portugal thus enabling these companies to expand outside of Spain.

3. for some companies he instigated a 12 hour free phone call service to his personal mobile telephone number to enable any staff to call him to discuss problems ragarding any inital "teething problems" associated with the new administration services.

This project management service has proved to be very satisfactory by all the companies who have accepted to follow it.  After an initial period of about six
months to implement the service, it is normal for Mr. Ruiz Castillo to supply a normal "back up " service for the company.

4. After a period of consultation, requested by the company, Mr. Ruiz Castillo will provide written opinions and solutions, based on his personal consulting experience and his knowledge of the business administration field, concerning the mistakes of the company.

5. he has also developed plans to strengthen the "strong points" of the company, thus making it stronger and more competative in the market place.
