Every company that has been constited in Spain must compulsory have an address in Spain. And the address of the company will determinate the company house where all the activities of the company must be registered and inscribed.
The address of the company must be included under the Public Deeds on the constitution of a company as well as in the Statutes that are attached to the Public Deeds, on the constitution of a company.
