My legal involvement will include:-

-  to arrange a meeting with the Town Hall to confirm the type of building certificate required to suit the clients personal building needs.
-  to arrange the necessary meeting/s with the architect for the measurements to be taken for the issue of the building certificate required by the Notary in order for him/her to sign.
-  preparation of the "Declaracion de Obra Nueva", which may include meetings with the Norary, phone calls, faxes etc.
-  attending on the day of signing at the Notary in Ducal, making sure that the legal document is correct in order for it to be accepted by the Land Register of
   the area.  I will  be with the client, in the presence of the Notary, to translate the document and explain the legal implications and consequences, prior to the signing of the document.
-  I will collect the Escritura on behalf of the client.
-  verify that the client is filed with the tax authorities, "Agencia Tributaria", to obtain the bar code stickers necessary for paying the tax on behalf of the client in Spain. If the client is not filed I will deal with all the legal requirements in order to file the client and obtain the bar code stickers for the payment of the tax.
-  present the document to the tax office and pay the tax on behalf of the client.
-  prepare a covering letter, explaining the present situation, to accompany the document signed at the Notary, being sent to the Land Register of the area for their signing and inscription.  This will be sent by private post.
-  collection of the documentation from the Land Register once it has been signed and accepted.  Finally to arrange a meeting with the client to hand over the documentation relating to the "Declaracion de Obra Nueva".
