In order to legally constitute a company in Spain it is necessary for a company address. This address and be changed and the established and accepted method
under Spanish Company Law to legally change the address is as follows:-
1. the administration of the company must issue a certificate stating that all the shareholders of the company accept the change of address.
2. with this certificate it is necessary to go to a Notary, chosen by the company, and they will issue a document stating that the company accepted to change
the address.
3. before the document is inscribed and accepted by Company House, it has to be stamped and accepted by the Regional Government Taqx Office or Junta de Andalucia. There is no tax to be paid just the legal obligation for it to be presented to the Junta de Analucia.
4. this document must then be inscribed at the Company House, where the company was originally inscribed and registered. Company House must study and accept the legalities of this document which will only be legally binding once it has been registered and any third party obtaining a simple note from this office will see that the company are registered as operating their business from that address.

We never dreamt that we would buy property in Spain so it was with complete trepidation that we entered the ‘ring’. He came recommended. At our first meeting he made us extremely welcome and we enjoyed talking in a 'home' as opposed to an office. He gave us good all round advice which was very helpful and put us completely at ease. We returned to the UK and left everything in Jose’s hands. We needn't have worried as he took care of the whole process for us. He called us back and the sale was completed. We were very impressed - by the way he explained the issues, making quite sure we understood all the details. We are extremely grateful for his personal, yet professional approach and feel that Jose exercised the highest standard of care. Moreover, the ‘after-care’ that he has shown to us is quite stunning. Something we have never found in someone in his profession before.
His services would be ideal for anyone struggling with Spanish law and customs and we have no compunction in passing on this recommendation.
