Piet Quekel lives since 5 years in Spain after a life working for 25 years in the advertising business in Holland. At 50 years of age Piet decides to quit this life and go for his passions, art and music, and his love for the south of Spain. And even more surprising decides to build his own cavehouse and workshop in a remote village in the Andalucian hills of Granada.

Nowadays, Piet has started besides his arts and music a business in real estate, mainly to help people like himself with everything concerning moving to and living in Spain. Piet´s practical view, first hand experience, honesty and good service are already known by a lot of newcomers to Spain.

Here is how Piet came in contact with Jose Maria Ruiz Castillo.

I have met Jose Maria on a meeting over the legalisation of property for a client of mine, and his open and clear approach was a relief. Jose Maria knows perfectly how to handle a subject as difficult as legalisation within the spanish law and catastral registration.  And also gives an excellent personal service to his clients. Hence we had a very happy client and since then Jose Maria became my personal lawyer who I have asked to help me set up my will and testament. And we will continue working together as I am very pleased with the extended variety of knowledge and legal and economic services Jose Maria has to offer.
